At NORÉA, each product is carefully crafted and packaged to ensure the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

This includes, but is not limited to, returns based on personal preference such as scent, fragrance strength, or general dissatisfaction.

 

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello@norea.com.au.

To assist with your request, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

 

Returns

We do not accept returns unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

 

Non-returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

 

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
